Refrigerated Air Dryer & Adsorption Dryer

Types of Dryers • Refrigeration-type dryer: Utilizing refrigeration technology to cool the compressed air below the dew point, causing water vapor to condense into liquid water and be discharged, thereby reducing the moisture content in the air. Its pressure dew point is generally above 2℃. • Adsorption-type dryer: Using adsorbents (such as activated alumina, silica gel, molecular sieves, etc.) to adsorb moisture, which can reduce the dew point of the compressed air to -20℃ to -70℃. Adsorption-type dryers are further classified into heatless regenerative adsorption dryers, micro-heated regenerative adsorption dryers, and core-type adsorption dryers, etc. Among them, the core-type adsorption dryer adopts a new modular integrated structure, with high adsorption efficiency and the pressure dew point can be stably maintained at -40℃ to -80℃.
Refrigerated Air Dryer & Adsorption Dryer solutions
A cold dryer is a device that uses refrigeration technology to dry compressed air. It reduces the temperature of the compressed air, lowering its dew point, thereby removing moisture from the air and ensuring the dryness of the compressed air. This meets the requirements for high-quality compressed air in industrial production.
  • Efficient drying: Through refrigeration technology, it can effectively remove moisture from compressed air, ensuring that the dew point temperature is lower than the set value.

  • Energy-saving and environmentally friendly: Utilizing an efficient refrigeration system, it has low energy consumption and low operating costs.

  • Automatic drainage: Equipped with an automatic drainage device, it requires no manual intervention and is simple to maintain.

  • Intelligent control: With a control panel, it can monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time and has a fault alarm function.
