Large Air Compressor​

JX-5.5AS-5.5HP/4KW fixed speed screw air compressor has simple structure and low O&M cost; it adopts special motor for air compressor with high stability; fixed speed screw air compressor is more suitable to be used in full-load stable operation condition with highest efficiency; it adopts direct drive mode, connecting the motor and air end through the coupler, which is easy to be disassembled, and compared with the permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor, the maintenance will be more simple, and the purchasing cost will be lower. Compared with piston air compressor, it has less worn parts, low failure rate, low vibration and low noise.

• Motor: Special motor for air compressor, fixed speed (2970 RPM), long life, stable and reliable.
• Air end: German technology, twin-screw design, less backflow leakage of gas, high efficiency, and reliability.
• Direct drive system: 100% transmission efficiency, connecting screw rotor and motor through coupling, easier to repair motor and air end, compared with belt drive compressor, reducing performance fluctuations and moving parts, eliminating the noise and vibration in the belt, the overall structure is more compact, more flexible installation, and lower operation and maintenance costs.
• Touch screen: Self-developed control panels, it can provide intuitive operation interface to view the operation data.
• Cooling system: Adopts high efficiency axial fan, high cooling efficiency, good corrosion resistance.
• Air filter: Adopts multi-stage air filtration material is used to prevent impurities and dust from entering the machine to the maximum extent.
• Oil-water separator: Efficiently removes oil from compressed air and guarantees the purity of the output air, thus prolonging the service life of pneumatic tools and equipment.
• Wear parts: Mainly including air filter, oil filter, oil-air separator, etc., which need to be replaced regularly to maintain efficient operation.

Open the drain valve of the separator to discharge condensate before starting the machine every week, check whether there is any leakage, and check the safety valve.
Check the exhaust temperature, exhaust pressure and oil level every day, and check whether there is any abnormal sound.
Regularly check the connecting wire terminals of the air intake control valve, minimum pressure valve, safety valve, cooling fan and electric control box.
Regularly clean and sweep the cooler to reduce the pressure loss.
Periodic replacement of oil separator filter, oil filter, intake filter and lubricating oil.
